PhosFix (10L)—Eco-Friendly Phosphorus Remover & Water Clarifier
Restore water clarity and balance with PhosFix–the effective solution to lake eutrophication
PhosFix is a powerful, proprietary blend of minerals and beneficial bacteria developed to remove phosphorus and reduce organic turbidity in ponds, dams, and lakes. Ideal for maintaining clean, balanced water in both natural and constructed water bodies, PhosFix delivers fast, effective results without harming aquatic life.
Whether you manage a farm dam, private lake, ornamental pond, or water feature, PhosFix offers an eco-friendly and efficient way to manage excess nutrients and restore water clarity.
How PhosFix Works
PhosFix is a combined probiotic and phosphorus-binding flocculant that begins working within hours of application. It targets excess phosphorus, a key driver of algae blooms and eutrophication, and binds it into the sediment where it becomes inactive. At moderate doses, PhosFix binds phosphorus in the water column, but at higher doses, it is able to lock up phosphorus bound in sediment as well as in the water column.
Key Benefits
- Fast phosphorus removal
- Reduces organic turbidity
- Reduces nutrients algae and weeds depend on
- Safe for fish, plants & wildlife
- Supports ongoing water quality improvement
Ideal For
PhosFix can be used in:
- Farm dams and irrigation ponds
- Ornamental lakes and garden ponds
- Golf course and resort water features
- Aquaculture and fisheries
- Stormwater retention basins
Whether you’re dealing with murky water, nutrient build-up, or phosphorus itself, PhosFix offers a sustainable approach to improving water quality.
Dosage Instructions
The below dosages are per surface acre:
Water: Light dose 25L / Heavy dose 50L.
Sediment: Light dose 100L / Heavy dose 300L.
Easy to Apply
Using PhosFix is simple; the goal is to spray the required amount over the entire surface of the water body. You may be able to do this without diluting the PhosFix solution, or you may want to dilute PhosFix with rain/dam water so you have enough solution to cover the entire surface. PhosFix begins binding phosphorus and clarifying water within hours.
Why Choose PhosFix?
- Formulated for Australian Conditions: Works across a wide range of climates and water types.
- Supports Long-Term Water Health: Helps stabilise sediment and reduces phosphorus recycling.
- Eco-Friendly & Sustainable: Free from copper and algaecide.
Available Sizes
- 10L, 20L and 1,000L sizes – suitable for small ponds to large lakes.
