Matala Geyser Hi Flow Water Pump—GHF 18000
Pumping 68,000 litres per hour, this monstrous submersible water pump made by Matala (Taiwan) is super high quality and very powerful. The surge of water makes for an impressive waterfall or a stream running off your dam. The pump runs off a regular 10amp plug, aka it can run off normal mains power which is rare for a pump of this capacity. 10mm hole size in strainer. 3 inch female outlet fitting.
Ideal for: fountains, waterfalls, streams, irrigation systems, sump pits, irrigating or discharging water from farmland or ponds, discharging rainwater etc.
Matala Pump Defender
30cm Inside x 41cm Outside x 36cm LongThe Matala Pump Defender is designed to protect your Matala pump by preventing large debris from entering. Crafted from premium Matala Filter Media, the media is placed in a net which fits snuggly over your pump and assists in keeping everything flowing smoothly. This improves the longevity of your Matala pump and reduces your maintenance requirements. It also means that when it comes time to clean your pump, the job is easier as Matala Filter Media does not clog when used correctly. You can simply shake the debris off and wipe over your pump.

*We provide free shipping to 95% of Australia, but there are some locations (e.g. Island and remote rural post codes) which unfortunately we cannot provide this option. Although rare, in this situation we will need to manually add the additional shipping costs prior to dispatch. If this is the case, we will contact you prior to sending the order and billing you an additional amount.

Return
Returns
Goods purchased from Love My Dam are unable to be returned without first reaching out to us and requesting a return. Unfortunately, returns cannot be made for pond and dam liners. No returns can be accepted unless a copy of the purchase invoice is enclosed with the returned item/s. Along with the goods and invoice, please include a list of the goods to be returned, including the product description, quantity, date of return and the customer’s name and address. The items must be returned in the original packaging. Freight charges for returns must be paid by the customer. The customer is responsible for any damage incurred during return shipment. We are only able to issue a credit note after the goods have been successfully returned.
Change of Mind
A request to return goods (except pond and dam liners) because of a change of mind must be made within 7 days of delivery, unless otherwise agreed. Freight charges must be paid by the customer for all change of mind returns.
Cancellation
No cancellation or partial cancellation of an order by the customer can be accepted by Love My Dam unless first consented in writing. Sometimes a cancellation charge will need to be paid by the customer. Cancellations cannot be accepted on goods that are not regular stock which are in the process of manufacture or ready for shipment.
Complaints
All complaints, claims, or notification of lost goods, incomplete goods, damaged goods, or goods that do not comply with your purchase order must be submitted to us in writing within 48 hours of the date of delivery. The exception is pond and dam liners which must be submitted to us immediately on receipt of the products. Otherwise, we will consider you to have accepted the items.
